How far ahead should I order?
At least three days before you need the frame. If your date is tight, order as early as you can so we can hold a slot for you.
Can you make one faster than three days?
Usually no, because every piece is built by hand. If your date is sooner, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Yes, as long as we have not started cutting yet. Reply to your order email or message us and we will adjust it.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will get an email with your order details right after checkout. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check spam or message us.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere inside Doha. We do not ship outside Qatar yet.
How much does delivery cost?
A flat 25 QAR, added to your total at checkout. There are no hidden fees on top.
When will my frame arrive?
On the delivery date you pick at checkout, which must be at least three days out. We will message you when it is on the way.
Can someone else receive it for me?
Yes. Add their name and number in the notes at checkout and we will hand it to them.
Customizing
Sizes, colors, and the text on the glass.
Are the flowers real?
No, they are paper cardstock cut and layered by hand. The shadow box gives them real depth, so they look fuller than a print.
What can I write on the glass?
A name, a date, a short message, or initials. We confirm the exact wording and spelling with you before we cut the vinyl.
Which sizes and colors can I pick?
Most arrangements come in a 25 cm square frame in white or black, and the small frame comes in an 18 by 13 cm wood beige only. Flower colors are chosen on each product page.
Will my frame look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but not identical. Each one is assembled by hand, so small details vary, which is part of how they feel personal.
Can I send a reference photo?
Please do. Add a note at checkout or message us with the image and we will follow your direction.

Paying for your order and looking after it.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or Fawran instant transfer. If you pay by Fawran, upload a screenshot at checkout so we can match it to your order.
Are the prices on the site final?
They are starting prices. If your order needs something custom, we will quote you before we begin.
How do I look after my frame?
Hang it out of direct sunlight and wipe the glass gently with a dry cloth. The paper inside stays best when it is not handled.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it. This almost never happens, but we will make it right when it does.
