Every frame is handmade to order in Doha. Paper flowers are cut and assembled by hand, set inside a glass shadow box, and finished with vinyl lettering on the glass. No two frames are identical; small variations are part of the work.

When you place an order, you are confirming the configuration shown in your cart, including the frame, colors, size, and any wording you provided. We start production after the order is placed.

We need at least three days before the delivery date you choose. If your date is sooner than that, please message us before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether we can fit it.

Listed prices are starting prices. If your order needs something beyond the standard customization, we will quote you before we begin.

You can change details such as wording, colors, or delivery date as long as we have not started cutting yet. Reply to your order email or message us as soon as you can.

Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Because each frame is made to your specifications, it cannot be resold to anyone else.

Frames are custom, personalized goods made for you. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order is placed and production begins.

If your frame arrives with a defect that is our fault, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. This is handled case by case, in good faith.

We deliver inside Doha only. Delivery is a flat 25 QAR, added at checkout. We do not ship outside Qatar.

We will message you when your frame is on the way. If no one is at the address, we will try to reach you and arrange a second attempt.

We accept cash on delivery and Fawran instant transfer. If you pay by Fawran, please upload a screenshot at checkout so we can match the transfer to your order. All amounts are in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

We confirm spelling and wording with you before cutting the vinyl. Once approved, we are not responsible for typos or wording changes requested after the vinyl is applied.

Hang your frame out of direct sunlight and wipe the glass gently with a dry cloth. Paper and glass behave the way paper and glass do; please treat it accordingly.
