When you place an order we collect:

• Your name and the delivery address inside Doha
• A phone number we can reach you on for delivery
• An email address for order updates
• The wording you choose for vinyl text or a card message
• For Picture Frames, the photo you upload to be printed inside the frame

We do not collect payment card details. Payment happens by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, so card numbers are never sent through this site.

To make your frame to your specifications, to deliver it to the right address, and to talk to you about the order if we need to. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Order details are stored with our hosting and database providers so we can fulfill your order and look it up if you message us later. Order emails are sent through our email provider.

We keep your order information for as long as it is useful for customer support, warranty claims, and accounting, then we remove it.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working between pages and to remember if you are signed in. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are confusing. We do not run advertising cookies.

You can ask us to:

• See a copy of what we have about your orders
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

This site is intended for adults purchasing gifts. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned in order emails.
